Alternative Chemotherapy A number of MOPP-like chemotherapy combinations have been studied, either alone or together with radiotherapy . These include: PAVe (procarbazine + melphalan + vinblastine), ChlVPP (chlorambucil + vinblastine + procarbazine + prednisone) and MVPP (meclorethamine + vinblastine + procarbazine + prednisone) in selected older patients to avoid the possibility of vincristine nerve toxicity.
